Refund, Shipping & Return Policy

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 10 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms. Uptrennd Store is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). Uptrennd Store is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. Uptrennd Store is proud to use fast, easy, and efficient secure payments gateways. All major cards are accepted.

2.Please Note:If our courier service is not available in your area you have to take from your nearby courier center.

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units and some products

The shipping charge is based on the weight of the product. For multiple products ordered from the same category, the program adds up the weight of all the units ordered and charges a single delivery fee.

Thus, a customer who orders three items weighing 200gms, 250gms, and 400gms is charged a single delivery fee of a consignment weighing more than 500gms but less than one kg. The customer is not charged for three different consignments weighing less than 500gms each.

The weight of the product has been built-in into the delivery charge of each product. This will automatically be added to the product cost at the payment stage.

Return/ Refund Policy
 

1. We accept refund or replacement request only if the product delivered by us is in Damaged condition, wrong product was sent, the product is in dead condition, or product is defective. Buyers will have 4 days after delivery to inform us in case of any dispute or refund. after delivery to inform us in case of any dispute in the order to claim for replacement or refund. Buyer needs to bring the issue to our attention either by emailing us (preferred) or by calling us.
 

2. If the seal of the product is opened and the product is not faulty then return/refund will not be applicable.
 

3. Replace / Refund request will cancelled if any part or accessory is missing from the product box.
 

4. The product should be packed properly as it was received by the buyer, do not apply tapes or glues directly on the product or the product box, this may lead to cancellation of your return request.
 

5. All the accessories that were delivered along with the product should be returned in the same way and along with the product.

6. If the payment was made through our payment gateway, then it will be refunded in the same account by which the payment was made, in case of BANK TRANSFER and COD orders refunds will be done only in buyer’s bank account. Refunds usually take 15-20 working days to reflect in your account.
